How to retract the ladder?
Please don't hurt your fingers like a cowboy;
1) Place the ladder with one hand on the upper rung of the ladder you are going to retract.
2) With the other hand, push the 2 folding buttons on the retracting rail to the center position.
3) The ladder will fold slowly and smoothly on its own.
4) Repeat the above operation until the ladder is completely folded. In about 10 seconds, a rung retracted. In order to retract faster, just gently push down and forward to close
