We usually ship orders through the shipping companies that our customers have previously worked with and are currently using. We can deliver your goods to your preferred local shipping company in Istanbul for free.
We also provide UPS international delivery at the shipping rate charged by UPS.
Yes, you may request a sample before making a large purchase. We do not charge extra for samples; they have the same price as the wholesale price list.
Yes, we offer UPS international shipping at the rates charged by UPS. However, most of our customers prefer to use their own shipping companies. There are many local shipping agencies, freight forwarders, and cargo companies in Istanbul that are often cheaper than UPS and can facilitate payments between parties.
You can find more information about shipping companies in next question. If you contact us via and provide the destination country, we can share the contact details of a reliable shipping company that we have previously worked with in your area.
There are two types of shipping companies:
- First Type: These companies gather small orders from many customers, combine them into a larger order, and then export it. This method is suitable if you need small orders or samples. However, it increases your cost by 10% (tax) because we must prepare an official sales invoice for the shipping company to export our products.
- Second Type: These companies only ship your order. Since they do not handle the exporting process, we can manage the export and provide you with a tax-free invoice, saving you the 10% tax. This method is more cost-effective for orders over USD.
We recommend comparing the costs of shipping companies by considering whether they are the first or second type.
You can ask these companies if they only handle shipping or if they also manage exporting. If they only handle shipping and not exporting, they are the second type.
The first type of shipping companies are more common and may have lower shipping costs because they benefit from the extra 10% tax you pay. Make sure to calculate both the 10% tax and shipping costs when comparing shipping companies.
Shipping companies will ask for the weight of your goods to give you a price. We use 40 x 60 x 40 cm carton packing, which weighs approximately between 9-16 kg depending on the model style it contains. The actual weight is not important because bras do not weigh much. They occupy more space relative to their weight. Therefore, shipping companies consider volume for cost calculation instead of weight.
Here is a breakdown of what a 40 x 60 x 40 cm box can contain:
- 80 pieces of padded bra sets
- 120 pieces of padded single bras
- 180 pieces of non-padded bras
- 100 pieces of non-padded bra sets
- on average 120 pieces of mixed products
For maximum cost prediction:
- An order of 480 mixed pieces would fit inside 4 boxes, which would be approximately 0.384 cubic meters.
- Therefore:
- pieces would be 0.8 cubic meters
- pieces would be 1.6 cubic meters
Consider these values and calculate the volume of your order to get a price from the shipping companies.
We also recommend you asking a friend who has been importing goods from Turkiye for advice on the most cost-effective method.
Bank Wire Transfers (SWIFT) are what we use mostly. Also, we can provide a link for the payments with Credit Cards but this payment method increases total cost by 5% due to the bank comission.
Unfortunately, PayPal is not available in Turkiye.
Yes, we do. We can print your logo, hangtags, labels, barcodes, packing materials, and whatever else you require.
- Stock Items:
- If we have your labels and the products you want in stock, there is no minimum order quantity for those products. However, label companies require minimum order quantity of pieces per label style.
- Types of Labels:
- Our bras feature two types of labels:
- Middle Label: Located between the cups, made from carton paper.
- Hook Label: Attached to the inside hook, made from a fabric-like material.
- Hangtag Label (Optional): Card-like label attached to the hook, made from a carton paper. Can be used for barcode stickers.
- Our bras feature two types of labels:
- Production Requirements:
- Middle Labels and Hook Labels are produced by different manufacturers with distinct processes.
- Middle Labels: These include only the size and brand logo, making them suitable for all products.
- Hook Labels: These contain fabric composition details specific to each product, so they cannot be used universally.
- Hangtag Label (Optional): This card-like carton label is also suitable for all products. Barcode stickers are put on them after for each product variation.
- Minimum Order Quantities:
- Both types of labels require a minimum order of pieces for cost-effective production and label suppliers refuse to manufacture quantities below pieces.
- For example, if you want to purchase 200 pieces of a specific bra model, we still need to order pieces of label from our label suppliers.
- Example Order:
- Consider our popular code 330 – Cotton Minimizer Bra in sizes 85, 90, 95, and 100:
- Black: 50 pieces per size
- White: 50 pieces per size
- Total: 400 pieces
- We can fulfill this order if we already have your labels manufactured.
- If we don’t have your labels, we need to order 500 pieces per size ( pieces total for both Middle and Hook labels).
- Consider our popular code 330 – Cotton Minimizer Bra in sizes 85, 90, 95, and 100:
